Yes. Use the connected app to set feeding times and portions, or trigger a manual feed. Follow the setup instructions supplied with your unit.
How much food and water does it hold?
The food hopper holds 5 litres and the water reservoir holds 3 litres. How long these last depends on your pet and their feeding routine. Check and refresh food and water regularly.
What food should I use?
Use dry pet food suitable for the dispensing mechanism. Food size and shape affect flow; check the instructions and test your chosen food before relying on a schedule. Do not use wet food.
How do I clean it?
Remove the bowls and washable containers for cleaning as directed, then dry them fully before refilling. Wipe the electronic base with a suitable damp cloth; do not immerse it.
